Roles and Responsibilities

  • To provide clear, timely and accurate information, advice and reports to the Commercial Lead
  • Supporting senior members of the team in the day to day management and delivery of projects.
  • Accurate recording and allocation of cost and value data onto internal and external systems
  • Ensure deadlines are actively managed and progress is reported as required
  • Ensure standard documentation is used when presenting any information
  • Prepare and maintain progress and information documents as required.
  • Analysis of labour, plant and material components for pricing and quotations
  • Preparation of sub-contract documentation.
  • Assist in the accurate measurement of the subcontractors works
  • Produce subcontract payments for approval on the basis that the work has been carried out in accordance with the contract and to the correct quality
  • Assist in the production of weekly and monthly CVRs (Cost Value Reporting) so that they are produced on time
  • Assist in the production of Main Contract Valuations/Applications
  • Understanding of NEC3 Contract
